My husband and I had an unforgettable experience staying at the Cronton Design Hotel during our trip to Istanbul. The exceptional service provided by Valeria and team was the highlight of our stay. Valeria, in particular, stood out for her exceptional care and attention to detail. We had the pleasure of staying in 3 of the room types and can with confidence say the beds are comfortable, rooms are beautifully decorated and offers all the amenities one would need during your stay. The location of the property is perfect. It's in the heart of the old town with easy access to shops, restaurants, markets, transport, and tourist attractions. Our stay was made extra special by the personal touches and attention to detail by the team. No request was too much to ask. They even went as far as lending us a metro card. We spent some time in reception and could see every guest is treated with personal care, like an old friend arriving home. The staff is the heatbeat of this property. If it was not for them, it would just be another beautiful hotel. We stayed here during the start of our holiday and ended our vacation with a stay at The Cronton, and we loved it so much that we will definitely be back. Whether you're looking for a city break, romantic getaway, family time, or business trip, The Cronton has it all. Highly recommend!!

The location is absolutely unbeatable – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major historical attractions, shopping, and great restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and beautifully maintained. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Check-out was very efficient. The location of the hotel is the best in Istanbul for travellers wishing to walk to ancient places and the very efficient (albeit challenging) tram is close by. The hotel is a very popular place for local people to enjoy tea, coffee or a glass of wine with delicious cakes on the footpath outside the entrance and in the foyer, which lends a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere to the hotel.

We found it relatively easy to see many of the different parts of Istanbul from there ,,The rooms and beds are extremely comfortable and the Guest Relations Manager Valeria stands out for her customer service. She understands things from the guests point of view and tries her very best to make the guest’s stay a special and memorable one. The roof top bar is a beautiful location and has a gorgeous view . We loved the drinks there too .
